I've had the pleasure of working with Kyla Stanick twice in just over a year. I had a last second move to Nova Scotia and the move could not have been easier. Kyla took care of everything and all I had to do was sign the papers. Everything was taken care of quickly and I had no problems. Now, just over a year later, I've been posted to Ontario. In late August we were posted to the Annapolis Valley and our realtor was Kyla Stanick.
We are unbelievably impressed and lucky we had her. Our posting was last minute and provided us with 10 days to sell our home, find a new one and move to the area. I was in contact with kyla and provided her all our information and the short deadline. I was 8 1/2 months pregnant and had 2 other children to think of in our quick move. Kyla took all these into consideration knowing our stress level was at it highest. She promised she would take care of the houses and allow me to figure out Drs, schools, childcare etc. We provided her our wishlist and over our quick 3 day house hunt she had everything perfectly executed and organized. Her itinerary was on point we would see 10 homes day one, return to view top 3 day 2 and make our decision and finally final view and inspectation day 3. Because of her dedication to our family and absolute professionalism and care to our needs Kyla hit a home run and we not only found our home but also our dream home. She exceeded our expectations and more so she supported us the entire time we traveled back and fourth between NB and NS while still selling our previous home and meeting banks and lawyers in a crunch of 10 days.
She always had our best interest at heart and she always ensured that when she contacted me everything was always in order and she simply only ever needed our signatures.
She not only is great at her work but she also cares about her clients in personal and professional way. Being military we work with many realtors and our family can honestly say that we have never had anyone better nor will we ever meet someone as amazing as her in our future postings.
